Updated Evergreen Lake Connector Trail Road Closing Schedule

April 28 and April 29 -- One lane eastbound closure from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. each day
May 4, 5 and 6 – Full nighttime closure for bridge Installation from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM
May 6 -- One lane eastbound closure from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM for completion of project

Evergreen Lake Trail Users: The Lake Trail is currently closed between the dam and the Upper Bear Creek because of Connector Trail construction. Please obey the signs and honor this closure for safety reasons. Thanks for your cooperation! The trail will likely be reopened May 10, after the railings are installed.

Here is the latest update for the Evergreen Lake Connector Trail Project:

The bridge installation, which was scheduled for this week, has been postponed because of heavy rain forecasts. Instead, it will begin Monday night, May 11, with closures at night from 7 PM to 5 AM each night for three nights, and then a daytime closing to complete work.

May 11, 12 and 13 - Full nighttime closure for bridge Installation from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM
May 13 -- One lane eastbound closure from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM for completion of project
