Park Co Sheriff's Office: Remains of Evan Graham Found, Arrests Made

In September of 2013, EVAN GRAHAM, was reported to our office as a missing person. His last known address was in the Fairplay area. Our Office launched an intensive investigation into his disappearance.

In August of this year, Park County Detectives developed leads that led to an intensive search and discovery of buried human remains. These remains have been identified as that of EVAHAM GRAHAM. Our investigation resulted in the arrest of Audra Moquist, 31, of Buena Vista, CO and Jarrod Moquist, 27 of Fairplay, CO.

Jarrod Moquist is being held at the Park County Jail on a 1st degree murder charge. Audra Moquist has been charged with accessory to 1st degree murder.

This investigation is still ongoing and no additional information can be released at this time.

Our office would like to thank the Park County Coroner's Office, Colorado Forensic K9's, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, the 11th Judicial District Attorney's Office, Park County Public Works, and experts from Metro State University, for their assistance in this case.
