Professor Louise Chawla, Professor Emerita, Environmental Design Program, University of Colorado. We take it for granted that being outdoors has health and wellness benefits. But what does the latest research say about the actual benefits of spending time with nature? What are the health costs of spending too much time in-doors? This lecture will arm you with the facts so that you can takes advantage of the wonderful outdoor opportunities this great State offers.
