My name is Linda Dietz.  My husband, Lowell and I have been working in the field of teaching prevention of diseases and wellness for 38 years.  I was a biochemist and medical technologist and he was a navy pilot during Viet Nam and later an Airline Pilot.

We currently have moved full time to Pine, CO and have a disc golf course on our property.   I teach a study called "It's your Body, what do you know about it?"

As I teach others about how the various parts of our bodies function together as a team, it amazes me how many people have not put together that our body parts are linked together and get nutrients through our blood streams that go to every part of our bodies--every single cell.

Also,  Biochemically, there is really only one disease:  Malfunctioning cells.

There are only two main causes of malfunctioning cells:  Exposure to toxins and insufficient nutrients.

There are 6 main things to consider when fixing the body:  Getting healthy foods and water and using the very best nutritional supplements one can get,  cleaning up our homes of toxic chemicals, getting regular check-ups-once a year should sufice, realize that your body heals itself and if medications are needed they should be looked at and used for the short term.  They are not capable of healing your body--they cause it to be toxic--and put a heavy burden on our livers, kidneys, lungs and skin--organis of excretion and detoxification.
