In addition to her military wor k, Ms. Granger currently serves clients worldwide in a variety of industry to include healthcare, government and higher education. Most recently, Ms. Granger has developed a special interest and capacity for creating cultural alignment and human integration post-mergers and acquisitions. Her unique approach can transform fear, resentment, distrust and disjointedness into a n aligned culture with trust, collaboration, accountability and personal ow nership.
Kari studied at the Bonch-Br uevich Saint-Petersburg State University of Telecommunications, St Petersbu rg, Russia, is a Distinguished Graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy with a B.S. in Behavioral Sciences, holds an M.A. in Education Leadership from t he University of New Mexico, and is an ICF Professional Certified Coach."
