 ing with a family friendly three mile trot around Evergreen Lake. The Turke
 y Trot begins and ends on the grounds of the Church of the Transfiguration 
 at 27640 Hwy. 74, Evergreen, CO 80439. Click here to register.\n\n\n\nPleas
 e dress appropriately. \n\n\nIt will be chilly in the morning, especially i
 n the shady Church parking lot.\n\n\nPets are welcome on leashes and in cos
 tume!  \n\n\nStrollers are discouraged because of the stairs leading to the
  dam on your route.\n\n\nRace Starts promptly at 9am!\n\n\nCostumes WELCOME
 !\n\n\nThe day of the Turkey Trot:\n\n\n8:00 AM Registration Opens\n\n\n8:4
 5 AM – Opening Ceremony\n\n\n9:00 AM – Turkey Trot Starts\n\n\n11:00 AM – F
 inish and Pie Awards\n\n\nThe 3 mile route will begin and end in the parkin
 g lot of the Church of the Transfiguration. From there, trotters will race 
 west on Independence Drive, through downtown on the sidewalk, under Hwy 73 
 and up the bridge on the north side of Lake Evergreen. Race around the lake
  and down the south staircase returning through downtown and back to the ch
 urch parking lot. If it snows on Wednesday, be careful of ice on the south 
 side of the lake just before the stairs. If you have “YakTrax”, bring them 
 or shoes with good traction.\n\n\nT-Shirt Pick-up and Same Day Registration
  –\n\n\n11/20 10am-4pm\n\n\n11/2110am-2pm\n\n\n11/23 8am Check-in\n\n\nThe 
 deadline to receive t-shirts is Nov. 1st, if you register after you will no
 t receive a t-shirt.  \n\n\n \n\n\nFree Parking – See Map\n\n\nParking lot 
 in front of EChO,\n\n\nCampfire, Mountain Home building,\n\n\nRising Graphi
 cs, Magpie and Stems,\n\n\nLariat Lodge/Center Stage (walk down the stairs 
 and through the tunnel)\n\n\nThe Church Parking lot will be closed for the 
 race. There will be 4 port-a-potties in the church parking lot.\n\n\n \n\n\
 nHoliday pies will be given to the winners of age brackets for male and fem
 ale for:\n\n\n· 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60 and 60 plus\n\n\n· 
 A pie will be given to the Best Costume!\n\n\n· A pie will be given to the 
 owner of the first dog to finish with their owner.\n\n\nWe also encourage o
 nline donations for EChO Food Pantry in lieu of canned goods!\n\n\nThanks s
