 ommunity event, March 2nd.It is time to accept our reality, foothills commu
 nity...it is cold here in the winter. And in the dead of winter, it can be 
 downright frigid! In the spirit of embracing and not complaining, your Ever
 green Chamber is bringing back a day of fun for all on March 2, 2024. Join

 CE FISHING TOURNAMENT 7am\nInaugural year for this fun addition to our Chil
 l Out Winterfest. EPRD is running this competitive event with a 7 am check-
 in. The temps might be freezing but the competition will be hot. EPRD KIDS 
 ICE FISHING CLINIC 9am-11am \nKids can learn the ins and outs of Ice Fishin
 g on our very own Evergreen Lake. This one hour clinic will take place on t
 he closed skating rinks.MUSHIES CUP - Lake House 10am \nFamily Friendly hil
 arious competition for all ages on the ice. Teams of 2 or 4 take to the ice
  to pull, like a dog sled, their teammate(s) around an obstacle course with
 out popping their float. TOURING SKI RACE - 12pm check-in Lake House \nOutb
 ound Mountain Gear is hosting a Touring Ski Race. Don your split or AT Ski'
 s and complete the course on the Evergreen Lake course. The course is curre
 ntly snow packed and running fast. Don't have the equipment? Outbound Mtn. 
 Gear will get you outfitted for the race. Registration will open soon, foll
 ow the link. EVERGREEN AMAZING RACE - 12:30 check-in \nPre-registration req
 uired\nA race around Evergreen. You don't have to be the fastest, just the 
 best at completing challenges. Teams of 4 will get clues that will lead the
 m to the next location. This is a driving race that is for 21 and older par
 ticipants. 1 team member is your designated driver. Starts and finishes at 
 the Lake House. AMAZING RACE NORTH, Walking Course - 12:30 check-in\nPre-Re
 gistration Required\nComplete challenges and answer trivia to help you find
  your way around this course that includes hidden gems in Evergreen North. 
 Walking course that is approx 2 miles, fun for the whole team and family fr
 iendly. Starts at the Lake House. AMAZING RACE DOWNTOWN, Walking Route - 12
 :30 check-in \nPre-Registration Required \nOur downtown race will include d
 ifferent challenges at different businesses "downtown". You will start with
  your first clue at the Lake House and then proceed through the different c
 hallenges on the course. Walking loop is approx 2.5 miles. Race finishes at
  the Lake House. Family Friendly.We are capping off Chill Out with a fun ni
 ght at Evergreen Lake. EPRD GLOW SKATE 4:00 - 8:00pm \nOur teens (everyone 
 is invited) had a great time enjoying games on the ice, fire pits, refreshm
 ents and music last year so the event is back!! FAMILY GAME NIGHT 5:00-8:00
 pm\nGames will be hosted in the Lake House. All ages welcome as we offer up
  warmth for fun family games. Adult and Non-alcoholic beverages will be ava
 ilable and Slife's Devil Dogs will be on site to sell hot dogs, brats and h
