 nviendos! Starting Thursday, June 6th, Cactus Jack’s and Friends will be ho
 sting a new weekly Farmer’s Market every Thursday until after Labor Day. Ou
 r goals and hopes are to bring additional affordable options for produce an
 d goods & services to our surrounding foothill communities. We also wan
 t to create an affordable option for vendors to showcase and sell items. Th
 e cost will be $20 per space/week.We want to have one space available for a
  cause or passion or education booth to spread information to our communiti
 es. This space will not be charged and will rotate weekly. If you are a non
 -profit or community advocate, reach out to sign up. We will be accepting a
 pplications for vendors until May 2nd and announce vendors on May 9th. The 
 Farmer’s Market will run for 13 weeks starting June 6th with our last date 
 being Sept. 6th. We will not run the market on July 4th. We understand vend
 ors may not want or be able to commit to all 13 weeks. In your application,
  please give a brief description of who you are, what your product or servi
 ce is, your contact information, what weeks you want to commit to and how m
 any spaces you request to showcase your goods & services. We look forwa
 rd to reviewing applications and can’t wait to get started. Hours will be f
 rom 9 am - 2 pm with set up time starting at 8 am. We have 15-18 spots avai

  have the following documentation:Business LicenseHealth Department Certifi
 cation (Jefferson County) Liability Insurance (all food related businesses)
 Booth locations are determined at the complete discretion of the market man
 ager in order to create a balanced and aesthetic marketplace. Location requ
 ests may be made to the market manager in advance but cannot be guaranteed.
  Market managers will keep the market layout as consistent as possible, but
  all booth locations are subject to move for any reason at the manager’s di
 scretion. Especially those for vendors who are not consistently at the mark
 et each week. Vendors may not switch, transfer, or “sublet” booth space wit
 hout approval from management. Vendors are restricted to operating within t
 heir assigned space. Vendors must request and receive approval for anything
  beyond a 10’x10’ space with one side open to the market area. If there is 
 anything wrong with or unsafe about your booth location at any point, vendo
 rs must notify the market manager immediately. Vendors are responsible for 
 maintaining a clean and organized booth area that is in compliance with all
  local laws and regulations. Vendors must leave their booth location as cle
 an as they found it. Vendors must request electricity or permission to run 
 a generator if desired. We cannot guarantee either but will do our best to 
 accommodate. Equipment and SuppliesVendors are required to provide all of t
 heir own supplies and materials. Unless arranged otherwise, vendors are alw
 ays required to bring and set up: i. A 10x10 canopy 1. Must be fully functi
 onal and safe as designed- at the market manager’s discretion. 2. Smaller a
 nd larger tents permitted upon request. ii. 40+lbs of weight PER leg (120lb
 s total) for each 10x10 canopy. 1. Weights must be securely attached to the
  TOP corners of each tent by rigid straps/ropes that do not stretch. Underw
 eight vendors are subject to be removed from the market at any point. iii. 
 Large and visible signage naming your business or products sold. 1. Clean a
 nd professional. ConductVendors shall be present and attentive to customers
  for the entire duration of the market, with the exceptions of bathroom bre
 aks and extenuating circumstances. o No vendor shall interfere with the bus
 iness of another. No shouting or wandering the market outside of assigned b
 ooth locations to solicit sales. o Vendors shall conduct their business in 
 a professional and courteous manner, and shall not engage in any disruptive
  or offensive behavior. o Vendors shall not use offensive language or make 
 derogatory comments towards any customer, vendor, or market staff. o Vendor
 s shall not engage in any activities that may be harmful to the reputation 
 of the market or the vendors participating in the market. o Vendors shall n
 ot sell or distribute any stolen or illegal items or engage in any illegal 
 activities while on market property. o Vendors shall not use any amplified 
 music or sound without prior approval from the market manager. o Vendors sh
 all not solicit or conduct any business unrelated to the market while on-si
 te during market hours, including community and political outreach. o Vendo
 rs are permitted to have animals with them as long as they are not disrupti
 ng market operations. ComplianceAll vendors participating with Growing Out 
 West Markets must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines 
 of the United States, the State of Colorado, and Jefferson County. Complian
 ce includes licensing, labeling, product safety, taxation, and any statutor
 y or regulatory requirements relevant to the vendor's business. Responsibil
 ityVendors are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all 
 local, state, and federal laws applicable to their business activities. Gro
 wing Out West Market is not responsible for any legal violations or noncomp
 liance issues on the part of vendors, despite any assistance we may provide
 . VerificationGrowing Out West Market may, at its discretion, request docum
 entation from vendors as proof of compliance, including insurance, tax paym
 ents, and health department licenses. Failure to provide such documentation
  may result in termination of the vendor's participation. All vendors must 
 comply with all guidelines or rules enforced by entities that we are contra
 cted to our space with. Right to TerminateGrowing Out West Market reserves 
 the right to terminate a vendor's participation immediately if, in the sole
  discretion of market management, the vendor violates any laws, regulations
 , or market policies. Insurance and LiabilityGeneral Liability Insurance: V
 endors must obtain and maintain general liability insurance, listing Growin
 g Out West Market as an additional insured party. The Vendor must obtain su
 ch insurance prior to selling at the Market and produce a copy of the insur
 ance certificate upon request. The Market does not provide any insurance co
