 tes runners to compete in the 2024 Evergreen Trail Racing Series, a four-ra
 ce series of running events on mountainous terrain around scenic Evergreen 
 and our mountain community. Distances range from a 5k to an epic half-marat
 hon to the top of Bergen Peak (elevation 9,708 feet), a climb of well over 
 2,000 vertical feet.\n2024 Evergreen Trail Race Registration\n - Please not
 e there are no race refunds, transfers, or credits.\n - Pick up your race b
 ib on race day. Please bring a reusable water bottle to the races. There wi

 lk Meadow Trail Race 5k & 10k - June 22\n\nThis 5K/10K race leads runne
 rs throughout the rolling hills of Elk Meadow Open Space Park. Runners will
  start on Pioneer trail and head clockwise around the meadow. The first str
 etch is a steady downhill along highway 74. From there, runners will weave 
 their way up to where they will run through the trees along the foot of the
  mountain.\n\n\nThe course then shoots runners back out into the meadow to 
 reconnect with Pioneer Trail to the finish line. Participants should meet a
 t the Buchanan Park Recreation Center near the Pioneer Trail head. Download

  July 13\n\nThe Evergreen Mountain Trail Race features over nine miles of p
 eaks and valleys. Participants pass the four rock formations called the Thr
 ee Sisters and Little Brother as they weave their way throughout the course
 . The ascent up Evergreen Mountain features an elevation gain of over 1,000
  feet, with runners ultimately reaching an elevation of 8,400 feet. After c
 ompleting the summit loop, runners sprint down Evergreen Mountain to the fi

 ill peak at a total elevation of 9,000 feet as they cover this 13.1 mile co
