A two-part magnificent musical night out!

The ECO JAZZ GALA is back! Join us at 6pm on June 27th, 20 24 at the beautiful Mount Vernon Canyon Club to s upport the Evergreen Chamber Orchestra and celebrate the mountain classical music community.

We will bring our incredible 2023-2024 Season to a close with an intimate gathering of the ECO community for an evening of world-class jazz, delicious hors d’oeuvres, and great times with frien ds. ECO’s Music Director William Hill will be performing t wo sets with his Grammy-nominated band Bill Hill and Friends, our silent auction will offer the opportunity to bid for unique items a nd memorable experiences, and we’ll be recognizing some of the ama zing people from the ECO community that have made a significant impact thro ughout this season.

The ECO Jazz Gala 2024 will feature two p arts: first, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm, we will celebrate a successful 2023-2024 Season with hors d’oeuvres, our silent auction, and conversation s with friends while Bill Hill and Friends perform a light swing / jazz set . Enjoy a relaxed, intimate atmosphere and chat with Bill, his band, ECO mu sicians, board members, and other music-lovers from the ECO community.

< p>Then, from 7:30pm to 9:00pm, the Grammy-nominated group Bill Hill and Fri ends will perform a spectacular jazz-fusion set in a more traditional conce rt setting. This will be a truly memorable musical experience!

Complimentary hors d’oeuvres, one free d rink, cash bar, dancing, and other swing/light jazz music from ECO’s Music Director and Colorado Symphony Principal Timpanist Bill Hill’s Grammy-nomin ated band ‘Bill Hill and Friends’. Our silent auction offers the opportunit y to bid for unique items and memorable experiences. Pick out your next uni que piece to add to your collection from the exclusive art show featuring local artists and all pieces are available f or purchase. Enjoy a relaxed, intimate atmosphere and chat with Bill , his band, ECO musicians, board members, and other music-lovers from the E CO community. At 7:30pm more guests will join to experience Bill Hill and F riends performing a one-of-a-kind jazz fusion concert.

~~Jazz Fusion Concert ~ $45 ~ 7:30-9pm~~

Doors o pen at 7:15pm for the concert-only portion of the event – experience the on e-of-a-kind, avant-garde jazz-fusion set that only Bill Hill and Friends ca n deliver! This award-winning, Grammy nominated band is comprised of world- class musicians from both the jazz and classical music world. Bill Hill is ECO’s own Music Director, but you may have also seen him performing at Boet tcher Concert Hall as the Colorado Symphony’s Principal Timpanist. Much of the music you will hear during this performance has been composed by Bill h imself! There will be a cash bar open during this portion of the event.

We a re raffling off two tickets to a Colorado Symphony performance of y our choice followed by drinks with Bill Hill, ECO Music Director and Princi pal Timpanist of the Colorado Symphony. You’ll get to enjoy a grea t performance by a world-class symphony and a fun musical night out in Denv er with Bill – it doesn’t get much better than that!
