 raiser on Thursday, September 18, at the beautiful Evergreen Lake House. Do
 ors open at 6:00 PM, and guests will enjoy an evening of drinks, food, live
  music, silent auction, and a live auction—all in support of affordable hou
 sing for low-income families in our mountain communities. Together, we are 
 making our communities stronger.\n\n\nThis lively event brings together com
 munity leaders, local businesses, and individuals to raise critical funds f
 or Blue Spruce Habitat's ongoing home-building projects in Idaho Springs, E
 vergreen, Conifer, and surrounding areas. Our work ensures that local resid
 ents—including teachers, government employees, and healthcare workers—have 
 the opportunity to build and own safe, affordable homes.\n\n\nSince its fou
 nding in 1990 by twelve dedicated volunteers in Evergreen, Blue Spruce Habi
 tat has grown to include hundreds of volunteers who contribute thousands of
  hours each year. With the support of our community, we are able to constru
 ct homes for families in need, helping them achieve long-term stability, bu
 ild wealth through home equity, and contribute to the prosperity of the com
 munity.\n\n\nColorado is facing a serious housing affordability crisis. Acc
 ording to Moneywise, our state ranks as the 4th most challenging for first-
 time homebuyers. Affordable home ownership offers a pathway for low-income 
 families to attain stable housing, build wealth, and strengthen the local e
