< p>We will Stand for the clear language of Article I of the United States Co nstitution, which does NOT confer unlimited power upon any person elected a s President, but makes clear that the Executive Branch is a co-equal branch of our government.We will Demand that Congress Act as a co-equal br anch of government and IMPEACH and CONVICT Donald Trump for the commission of High Crimes and Misdemeanors, and REMOVE him from office.
We will Demand that all Rights protected in the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 14th Amendments of the United States Constitution be upheld, protected and defended, and that ANY violations of these Rights be adjudica ted in a Court of Law and Punished.
Across the country, multi-racial, pluralistic and democratic communities in which people live and work, thri ve and love are under attack. ICE and Border Patrol agents act unlawfully a gainst all persons of all races, US Citizens and non-citizens alike: childr en, parents, families and neighbors. Under the authority of Donald Trump an d Kristi Noem they engage para-military tactics that range from the brutal to the lethal in open defiance of the US Constitution, Federal and State St atues and the Social Contract, all of which govern and regulate our civil s ociety, its discourse and relationships, and arise out of our common sense and cause of human decency, dignity and community. These communities are no t just targeted by raids, abuses and trauma, and dehumanizing policies that tear families apart; family members are detained, arrested and transported to private prison “centers” in what appears to be a growing network of con centration camps.
Given a President, who has acted since his Inaugura tion as a Monarch and has attempted to govern by Fiat alongside his Adminis tration - a Regime of Criminals - and who openly defies The Rule of Law and violates the Constitutional Rights protected by the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7t h, 8th, 9th, 10th and 14th Amendments; and, given a growing network of priv ate owned, profit based “detention centers”, it may be reasonably concluded that Donald Trump, Convicted Felon and He Who Would be King, seeks to esta blish unending Authoritarian Rule over our America, a democratic, multi-rac ial, pluralistic Republic, and a Free People fighting for our democracy.
Now We the People will come together peaceably to stand shoulder to sho ulder and to protest and to dissent, to seek redress of our grievances:
We will NOT stand by as children, parents, families, friends and neighbo rs are disappeared.
We will NOT stand by as our Constitutional Rights are violated and denied.
We will NOT stand by as our privacy is viol ated and our safe, secure and free elections are threatened.
We will NOT stand by as our democracy is disappeared.
We will NOT stand by as liberty is terrorized.
