 ced shooter. If you don't own a bow, COFA will provide bows for the kids to

 e towards the middle of the target. Put the arrow on the arrow rest of the 
 bow. Grip the string. Typically, three fingers are used to hold the string.

 s">We at COFA get asked, what's a good age for my kids to start archery? If
  you want to get your child in a program, COFA recommends starting at the a
 ge of 8. Why? By the time kids are 8 years old they usually have enough str
 ength to safely handle a beginner's bow. However, we have bows for kids as 
 young as 5 to 7 years old as well, so bring them!</div><div class="x14z9mp
