 Tuesdays beginning at 8:00 a.m. (unless noted otherwise) in Hearing Room On
 e in the Courts and Administration Building located at 100 Jefferson County
  Parkway in Golden.</p><p>The meetings, in which the Board approves contrac
 ts, expends funds, hears testimony, makes decisions on land use cases and t
 akes care of other county matters, are open to the public.  The Board meeti
 ng has three parts: the Business Meeting, the Public Hearing and Public Com
 ment.  Agenda items will normally be considered in the order they appear on
  the agenda.  However, the Board may alter the <a href="https://www.jeffco.
 us/AgendaCenter/Board-of-County-Commissioner-Hearings-2">agenda</a>, take b
 reaks during the meeting, work through the noon hour and even continue an i
