 have been exposed, get tested. If you are exposed to a COVID-19 case, get t
 ested 3-5 days after the exposure if you are unvaccinated, and 5-7 days aft
 er the exposure if you are vaccinated. Getting tested will provide the diag
 nosis you need to determine your next steps.\n\n\nSymptoms may appear 2-14 
 days after exposure to the virus, and testing is the most accurate when sym
 ptoms are present. Symptoms include:\n\n - Fever or chills\n - Cough\n - Sh
 ortness of breath or difficulty breathing\n - Fatigue\n - Muscle or body ac
 hes\n - Headache\n - New loss of taste or smell\n - Sore throat\n - Congest
 ion or runny nose\n - Nausea or vomiting\n - Diarrhea\n\nTesting Locations,
  Dates, and Times\nWhat if I test positive for COVID-19?\n\nIf you test pos
 itive, you will need to isolate yourself, take care of yourself and monitor
  your symptoms.\n\n - Talk with your healthcare provider for guidance about
  your care. Consider a telehealth visit or nurseline before seeking in-pers

 ones. \n\n\nFollowing your positive diagnosis, an employee from JCPH will c
 all you to check-in on your health, discuss who you’ve been in contact with
  and ask you to stay at home to self-isolate. We will also reach out to clo
 se contacts who could have been exposed, and ask them to monitor their symp
 toms and self-quarantine. We will never disclose your name to those close c
