Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (RMMA) is seeking an individual with strong customer service skills, administrative know-how and a passion for aviation. RMMA is currently hiring a Senior Customer Service Representative for a multi-functional role in an organization that thrives on collaboration, vigor and every-changing challenges. Under general supervision, the Sr. Customer Service Representative performs and coordinates a variety of important customer and administrative services that optimize the Airport's ability to provide a safe, secure and efficient aviation environment for all users, tenants, customers and staff of the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport. About RMMA and Jefferson County:
Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport is owned and operated as a division of Jefferson County Government.  The Airport is located in the northeast corner of the County and is strategically situated between Denver and Boulder on U.S. Highway 36 and Colorado 128. RMMA is the 4th busiest airport in Colorado and is an important component of the national air transportation system and the Denver metropolitan area. The Airport is designated as a reliever for Denver International Airport and provides a home to many corporate aviation facilities, commercial aviation businesses, charter companies, general aviation tenants and hobbyists.

 Essential Duties:

As part of the RMMA team, this position will work in the reception area of the Airport's Administration offices creating a strong customer-friendly environment for Airport tenants and users while providing administrative support to the entire Airport staff.

Duties will include greeting and directing customers, answering phone calls, answering customers & staff questions around program and procedural concerns, data entry, and other general administrative items that support the day-to-day functions of the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport.
 Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent certificate and minimum of 1 year work related experience to include customer service, computer and data entry skills. 

Prefer:
-Over 1 year work experience
-Applicants with an interest in Aviation or experience working at an Airport
-Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Programs (most importantly Excel)
-Experience working with accounts receivable/payable
-Basic Accounting experience
-Familiarization with website management
-Experience working with online programs/ data management systems (JD Edwards & Amanda)
-Someone that is trainable and willing to be taught
-Self-starter who is anxious to try new things

 Additional Information:

Must have a valid Colorado Driver's License. If from out of state, must be able to get a Colorado Driver's License within 30 days of hire.
