Finding a happy balance to weight savings, durability and costs is an art form to say the least. Educating yourself to the choices of gear that will carry you the distance and protect you from the elements is paramount. Not all gear is created equal and universal. What works for one might not work for another. Now is a great time to learn about new products, or new to you products, get out there and see them first hand in the store and get yourself ready for the next season. It is also a good time to shop around, once you know what you want, time is on your side.
See you on the trail in 2019.
