I was shopping at the Carniceria y Fruteria La Mexicana today.
If you think this photo looks interesting….We have 4 spots left for our Cinco de Mayo fiesta at Castles and Kitchens in Conifer.
It won’t be your everyday Mexican food, but authentic dishes
from traditional recipes of Abuelita and Tia Lupe!
Pepitoria de Gallina
Garbanzos con Chile Guajillo
Chiles en Nogada
Asado de Boda Zacatecano
Arroz Rojo
Flan Coco

y mas!
( What it means is chicken, pork, beans, rice and peppers….
prepared with garlic, chiles, chocolate, coconut, cinnamon and other spices
to be MUY SABROSO!!!!! )
