DAR Prospective Members Workshop

The Mountain Rendezvous Chapter of The Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) is hosting a Prospective Member Workshop on Thursday, April 10th from 1-3 PM at the Evergreen Public Library, 5000 County Rd 73, Evergreen CO 80439.  The workshop will provide information on the mission and purpose of DAR, as well as genealogical methods and suggestions for tracing ancestors back to a Revolutionary War patriot. NSDAR is a non-profit, non-political, volunteer women's service organization dedicated to preserving American History, securing America's future through education, and promoting patriotism.

Our chapter was founded in 1981 and currently has over 140 members.

Our name honors the festive gatherings of the fur trade which brought together settlers, traders and mountain men whose independent and adventure some spirit opened the West and founded Colorado.
