COMPETITION RULES

• Teams of 4 will compete for the Mt. Lugo Snowing Tubing Championship Trophy. (This is a traveling trophy. Winners will have their name engraved on the trophy and they will be able to showcase the trophy for one year.)
• The first team member will “luge” down the hill to the the finish line.
• Once across the finish line the next team member will proceed down until all team members have luged down the hill.
• Team members can give a starting push to the luging team member.
• You may choose to ride the tube however you like.
• There will be obstacles on the luge hill. Aerial dismounts are encouraged! An award for Best Aerial will be given to the individual with the best aerial dismount during the team competitions.
• Each team will have 2 opportunities to luge.
• Times will be averaged To determine their best time.
• The top 4 teams with the best time will compete in a final race in which all team members luge at the same time holding their four tubes together down the hill.
• You will not be required to run your tube back up the hill
• The team with the best overall time will win.
• Additional team awards will be given for Best Costume.
