Air for our heirs – Jeffco earns an ‘F’

Jefferson County was ranked by the American Lung Association’s 2014 report as the worst county in Colorado for ozone pollution and was given a grade of F. Why and what is being done about it? Join the League of Women Voters of Jefferson County to learn more, including monitoring, sources, contaminants of concern, health risks, ecosystem effects, current air pollution studies, new proposed standards, and community efforts to reduce air pollution.
