Celebrate the Vernal Equinox with a warming, welcoming yoga practice and meditation. We'll honor the first day of spring as our wise elders have with poses and words dedicated to all the beauty that surrounds in the natural world. 

Ages 13-Adult
(younger participants with yoga experience are welcome) 

Please bring yoga mat and comfortable clothing to practice in. This will be an indoor practice. 
(some extra mats will be available if you do not have your own)
