C0-hosted withteh American Long Distance Hikers Association- you'll learn how to lighten your load, plan for your nutrition, you'll learn all about Leave No Trace, plus have a panel of Long distance hiking experts answer your craziest of questions.  The afternoon will finish with a presenattionon thru-hiking all of Colorado's 14'rs.
