Basic Screenings

To REGISTER ONLINE, search for a fair by choosing from the criteria above (you do not need to choose dates and/or screenings) and clicking the SEARCH button. When you locate your fair in the list, click the "You Can Register Online Now..." link below the site name.

NOTE: Online Registration is for blood tests and colon cancer kit only. If you are not getting blood work done, you must register on location.

NOTE: You may also register at the site when you arrive.

NOTE: Online Registration will be closed at noon the day before the fair date for that fair and you can always register on location at the day of the fair.

Screenings offered at each location may change based on medical professional availability, please check back before you attend the 9Health Fair.
