Course description: Learn how to paint spring flowers with watercolor enhanced with pen and ink. We will be painting everything from hollyhocks and poppies to spring flowering bushes. We will be painting from your photos, my photos, or both. You will learn or refresh your memory of the watercolor techniques of using masking fluid, splatter, wet on wet, wet on dry, dry brush, glazing, light to dark, and beyond and then we will break all the rules if you wish. All abilities and levels welcomed. If you are new to watercolor and want to give it a try without the expense of buying all of the materials, I will have supplies available for you to use.
