Instructor: Tricia Bass
Course description: Start spring with an enjoyable three-day, OIL PAINTING workshop working "en plein air" (French for "in open air") taught by award winning American Impressionist, Tricia Bass (see http://www.TriciaBass.com). Designed for all levels, the class will focus on outdoor painting with study emphasis on color and value comparison, simplification and accelerated painting methods for rendering a quick study. There will be group instruction as well as personal instruction adjusted to your ability. Plan to have three days of hard work and loads of fun, including a day or two "down the hill" to some lovely Denver area gardens. Transportation is required to travel to various locations and will require some travel time. Directions & locations will be provided closer to class dates. Be prepared for all weather conditions.
