Public is invited. USS COLORADO recognition of submariners lost .

A wreath ceremony at Sloan's Lake memorial will take place on Sunday, 29th May. Capt. "JJ" Makin and his executive committee have arranged to present this wreath to the USS Grayling with sailors from the USS Colorado. For those interested in attending, the plan is to meet at the American Legion Post 161 in Arvada for breakfast at 0900 hrs. Muster at the Memorial by 1045 hrs. Channel 7 will have their crew there also. You can skip the breakfast if you wish and just attend the wreath ceremony.
