Mark your calendars for our annual summer barbeque on Saturday, June 11th, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm.  ECHPOA will provide pulled pork and beef brisket sandwiches, ice tea, lemonade, and water.  Please bring a side dish, salad, or dessert to share.  Wine and food pairing education will be performed by the Aspen Peak Cellars staff from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm OR until the wine is gone, whichever comes first.  So, come early!  Don’t forget your fishing pole!  You do not have to be a member to attend, you do need an ECHPOA fishing permit to fish, and be 21 years or older to taste the wine.  Invite your friends and family to join us at the Association Building, 86 Elk Creek Drive, Bailey.
