Oh Yum! FREE cooking & nutrition class for adults at the Mountain Resource Center!

Wednesdays 10:00am-12:00pm June 1st-July 6th

The 6-class Cooking Matters for Adults course includes:

· Hands-on cooking lessons

· A free workbook full of tasty recipes and simple tips to eat healthy on a budget

· Free take-home ingredients and helpful kitchen utensils to try the class recipes at home

· Fun atmosphere to share and learn
