Ladies, are you looking to become a better, safer, stronger mountain biker?  Join local endurance athlete Jaime Brede as she leads three Ladies Mountain Bike Clinic’s in Frisco this summer.  These clinics are open to women ages 18 and older will focus on the fundamentals of mountain biking; the goal is to help you gain confidence and skills while on your mountain bike.  Participants must supply their own mountain bike and helmet and must feel comfortable riding a mountain bike.  Leave the rest up to Jaime; she will guide the group along the single-track trails of the Frisco Peninsula focusing on body positioning, shifting gears, reading the trail, climbing hills and more.  The group may also visit the Frisco Adventure Park and try the pump track or the dual slalom course.

CANCELLATION POLICY
