The Upper South Platte Partnership is going to give a presentation on fire awareness and how the landowner fits in in the local environment. Speakers from The Nature Conservancy, Colorado State Forest Service, and CUSP will be presenting. Topics will include: Fire Behavior, Defending your home and property, And how you can get a Forester to help you make a plan for your home and lands. It is at 3:00 PM at Beaver Ranch (11369 Foxton Rd, Conifer) from 3-5 PM, Tuesday August 23rd.
