Join Natural Grocers Nutritional Health Coach, Jess Sorci for a three-class series on nutrition, which will help make sense of all the confusing, and sometimes contradictory information about how we should eat to be more health conscious. The first two classes take place at the Conifer Library. The last class will involve a cooking demonstration at the Conifer Natural Grocers. New students are welcome at any time!
