Get defensive! Jefferson County Open Space Rangers present a two-hour program that includes psychological and physical self-defense techniques. Learn how to avoid and prevent unsafe situations as well as develop skills and techniques to physically protect yourself. This class involves physical participation so please dress in comfortable workout attire and bring water. If you have weightlifting, biking or MMA gloves bring them to help protect your hands. Do not eat a larger meal before class.
