Birestadt Home Brew Club - Non Members welcome too!

We will be having a learn to homebrew event at Mad Jacks Mountain Brewery.

We will be brewing a Kolsch and allowing club members to bring a carboy and fill up and make a donation to the club which is a tax write off(suggested donation $50 per carboy).

We will also be doing some sensory training to educate our senses of certain beer flaws. We will start with the most common diacetyl, dimethyl sulfide, and butyric acid.

Cuthroat Cafe will be providing Brisket and Coleslaw buffet for $9 or $14 with a beer of your choice from Mad Jacks
