We are so honored to bring Somah, the lovely goddess who sources our amazing essential oils from all over the world for our products to share her wisdom of Essential Oils, Ayurveda and Yoga to our community.
An introduction to Essential oils:
• History- 3000 years ago and the birth of Aromatherapy in the last 150 years
• Quality and certification myth busters -what does “therapeutic grade really mean?”
• Usage tips -when/what.. when to ingest, put on skin, dilute, diffuse or use on babies
and children. Why do we read NEVER ingest and what does that mean?
• Education on group/class requested oils- time spent and oils discussed will be
dependent on class size

An introduction to Affirmative Yoga:
• History of Yoga, 8 limbs, Kriya, pranayama, mudra, mantra
• Introduction of Ayurveda as a moving practice- asanas for doshic balancing
• Exploration of freedom movement while utilizing Essential oils
• Guided meditation with sound and scents as closure to the days journey is
experienced.
Attend one, two or all three workshops. Attend all 3 and receive a gift bag (value $50) with a single essential oil and a variety of Taspen's Organics Products!!

Investment: $20 per workshop when registered by January 3rd/ $25 after & $60 for all three workshops if registered by January 3rd/$75 after
