2. Best interview practices. Moving from applications, resumes to the interview questions. Do you require background check? Accept offenders? Drug testing? How do you move from first impressions?

3. Staff training. Identifying the key procedures you want to ensure they learn and develop in competency. Will you settle for status quo or raise the bar of excellence? When do you redirect them to another career (fire them)?
