Jeffco Commissioners, LWV to discuss demographic challenges May 11

Jefferson County Commissioners are meeting with the Jeffco League of Women Voters on Thursday, May 11, to discuss key issues identified by the League’s recent study of the county’s demographics and the challenges we will face in the near future. Topics include, but are not limited to, caring for an aging population, affordable housing, homelessness and the impact on school services. The meeting will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Jefferson County Administration and Courts Facility, 100 Jefferson County Parkway, Golden, CO 80419. The public is welcome to observe the discussion between the League and Commissioners. However, no questions will be taken from the audience at this special meeting.
