Welcome to our fair! This is where you will find the most comprehensive, convenient and affordable health screenings . We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone, and we want you to take the step to attend our fair and Own Your Health. Check out our screenings listed below and register online today! This year, everyone who purchases a screening will receive a free Vitamin B-12 screening.
