A one day event to visit and learn about jobs and trades that town’s people in an 1890’s mining town had to do in everyday life.  This special event offers fun, food and education for the entire family. Experience a settler’s day during Colorado’s early times. 

South Park City has over 40 restored historical buildings and more than 60,000 artifacts. See an old train, wagons, a bank, drugstore, general store, saloon, court house, blacksmith shop, doctor’s office, dentist office, barber shop, stagecoach inn, pioneer homes, mining exhibits and much more. 

South Park City, in Fairplay, Colorado; 85 miles west of Denver on U.S. Hwy. 285; and 85 miles northwest of Colorado Springs on U.S. Hwy. 24 and State Hwy. 9. Both routes offer spectacular mountain scenery.
