Course description: This camp is all about experimenting with the creative aspects of makeup! Knowing what to do with makeup can be intimidating so we will start with basic techniques and move into makeup as an art form, letting our imaginations run wild as we explore theatrical and special effects makeup. We will cover hygiene and safety, makeup basics, theatrical, aging and character makeup, fashion and glamour, creatures and fantasy makeup! This is a specialty class and requires sign up at least one week in advance, a signed release form and contact with instructor before class starts. The materials fee includes a complete theatrical makeup kit for you to take home! Parents must disclose any skin conditions or skin allergies before class begins; not recommended for children with skin allergies or skin conditions.
