Want to make sure your child is safe while bicycling and go for a fun ride with deputies? Please join us on Saturday, August 26, at Clement Park for Bike with a Deputy!

From 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., deputies will be checking helmets to make sure they fit right and bicycles to make sure they’re safe and working properly. They’ll also share important bicycle safety tips before taking kids on a bike tour of Clement Park.

Our event is targeted to those between the ages of 8 and 15, but all are welcome to the family event. Deputies will be starting each ride, which will be between four and five miles long, every 30 minutes.
We’re asking those who are interested in participating to meet deputies in the parking lot of Columbine High School.
