*Calling all crocheters....Have you heard about "Octopus for a Preemie"?  The Knit Knook is a drop off for the Octopi :)  We also carry some of the approved yarn to crochet them.  There are vary specific parameters for making the Octopus because of safety concerns for the preemies so we are having two informational workshops to explain these parameters.  The first one is Wednesday, August 30 from 10-12.  The second one is Tuesday, September 19 from 10-12.  Please call the shop to let us know if you are interested so we know how many people to expect.  It is a wonderful cause and there is a lot of research on it!
