Traditional yoga practice helps develop tools to relieve stress and promote physical & mental health. Our classes welcome all levels whether you’re brand new to yoga, have been feeling left behind in other classes or simply want to strengthen fundamental elements! Come for one class or all! Wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat—or use one of the loaner mats we have available.
