Take your mind to another place and find peace, happiness, and bliss. This local meditation group in the Conifer/Bailey/Evergreen area is open to anyone interested in meditating regularly in a group setting. No previous meditation experience is required. We don't focus on a particular meditation format, but instead sample a variety of methods as different group members lead a 20-30 minute group meditation at each gathering. Please bring a cushion, mat or pillow if you don't want to sit on a chair. Anyone present can start the session and awaken the group at the end.
