The Montessori School of Evergreen is delighted to present: Kevin Fedarko - Beneath the River of Shooting Stars - Beauty, Hardship and Grace in the Grand Canyon.

Join Kevin, New York Times best-selling author and 2017 National Geographic Explorer of the Year, as he speaks about his 800 mile mega-transect of the Grand Canyon, about his best-selling book The Emerald Mile, about the challenges currently facing the Grand Canyon and about the work of American Rivers to keep rivers free flowing. The presentation will be held at the Evergreen High School Theater at 7pm, and will be followed by a book signing. HearthFire Books is making a 10% donation to American Rivers for every copy of The Emerald Mile sold between now and Kevin's presentation.
