Ice Fishing Clinic Hosted by Colorado Parks & Wildlife- Eleven Mile Canyon Colorado State Park
This event is for anglers of all ages who have very little to no experience ice fishing. The event is free
and limited to the first 30 people who sign up.The clinic will educate participants about ice fishing equipment, techniques,
and safety. All fishing equipment will be provided.Please bring a small camping chair, sunglasses, sunscreen, water, snacks,
and a cooler with ice in case you want to take fish you catch home. Be sure to dress in layers to stay warm out on the ice.
Please arrive at the marina shortly before 7:30 AM so that we can begin fishing promptly after the instruction portion of the
class. Participants will be required to purchase a Colorado Park Pass, so carpooling is encouraged.The marina is located just
south of the State Park office.NOTE: All participants 16 years or older MUST have a valid Colorado fishing license to
participate. A second rod stamp is required if you wish to fish with two rods. About the Location: The marina is just south
