Draft Agenda for the Day:

8:30 am - Delegate and Alternate Check in and Gubernatorial Preference Poll

9:30 am - County Assembly gavels open - business will include the review and acceptance of the Permanent Organization Report, Credentials Report, Platform Report, Nomination of Candidates to the ballot for county wide office (County Commissioner (3);
Clerk and Recorder; Treasurer; Assessor; Sheriff; Coroner; Surveyor), establishment of the county vacancy committee. Recess of the meeting to be determined by completion of the business of the day.

Following Recess of the County Assembly we will move to Congressional District meetings to elect delegates to each of the Congressional District Assemblies for Districts 1, 2 and 7. Recess of these meetings to be determined by completion of the business of the day.

Lunch

Following lunch we will convene the Senate District Assemblies and meeting. Senate District 16 will meet to elect Delegates to the Senate District 16 Assembly. Senate Districts 20 and 22 will hold the Senate District Assembly and will nominate Candidates to the primary ballot. Recess of these Assemblies and meeting will be determined by completion of the business of the day.

Following Recess of the Senate District Assemblies and meeting we will convene the House District Assemblies and where we will nominate Candidates to the primary ballot for each of the seven House Districts (22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28 and 29). Seated Delegates of House District 1 will meet to elect a single Delegate to the House District 1 Assembly. Upon completion of the business of the House District Assemblies and meeting, we will adjourn.
