Mount Evans Freedom Run 5K is an annual July 4th event to benefit Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice in Evergreen, CO. The scenic 5K course follows gently rolling terrain through residential areas, beginning at Evergreen Middle School and ending with a fun-filled after party with refreshments, music, games and awards at Nick's Pro Fitness.

Proceeds go toward providing compassionate home health and hospice care to patients in the Colorado Mountain communities of Jefferson, Clear Creek, Gilpin, and Park counties.

$35 adults / $20 youth 18 and under Add $5 if you register on race day
