Calling all downhillers!

Mark your calendars: Friends of the Colorado Avalanche Information Center (CAIC) and Range of Motion Project (ROMP) have joined forces!! We invite you to join us for a vertical downhill challenge in support of two causes you care about.

100% of your $15 registration goes back to your avalanche center and to those in need of prosthetic and orthotic care. See below for more event details!

Where: Base of Peak 8, Breckenridge Ski Resort

Registration: Advance registration is available through Eventbrite. Day-of registration begins at 8:00 AM. You must have an Epic pass/lift ticket in order to participate. Your $15 registration comes with free swag and 1 raffle ticket!

The Challenge: The goal is to log the most vertical feet from 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM. Prizes will be given to the top male, female, and youth participant (15 years or younger).

Logging Your Vertical Feet: Be sure to download the EpicMix mobile app on your phone to monitor and report your vertical feet! https://www.epicmix.com/

Costumes: Costumes are encouraged!

Event Schedule:
8:00 AM: Day-of registration and check in begins, Base of Peak 8
8:30 AM: First chair! Get out there and send it!
2:00 PM: End vertical challenge - report back to the Friends of CAIC/ROMP tent to log your vertical feet!
2:45 PM: Vertical challenge winners announced!
3:00 PM: Raffle prizes and after party for everyone!
