Speaker Bio: Ralph Swain: As Regional Wilderness Program Manager, Ralph Swain is responsible for the administration of 47 wilderness areas covering 5 million acres in the central Rocky Mountains of Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota and eastern Wyoming.  Ralph also oversees the administration of two Wild and Scenic Rivers; the Cache la Poudre (in Colorado) and the Clarks Fork River (in Wyoming).

The Friends of Mount Evans and Lost Creek Wilderness (FOMELC) is an organization that provides stewardship to 170 miles of trails within 194,400 acres of Colorado's Pike and Arapaho National Forests.
